Balastiera Cicir se află în localitatea Cicir, județul Arad, la aproximativ 18 km de Arad spre Deva; accesul se face la ieșirea din Cicir, pe un drum care traversează liniile de tramvai, la stânga. În apă se găsesc somn, știucă, crap, caras și roșioară. Balta e contractată de AVPS Diana Turnu Arad (lista ANPA, 23.02.2026): pe lângă permisul ANADSPA (fosta ANPA) e nevoie de permisul asociației.
