Balta BalBir se află la marginea de nord a satului Românești, comuna Potlogi, județul Dâmbovița: de pe str. Ioan Dobrescu nr. 128 se mai merg 150 m, apoi se face stânga și se ține drumul până la baltă. Are circa 6,5 ha luciu de apă și adâncimi de 1-10 m, iar speciile sunt crapul, amurul și carasul. Mașina se descarcă la stand și se duce apoi în parcare; există foișoare, umbrare și bănci.
