Punct de pescuit pe râul Bistrița, la aproximativ 3-4 km de centrul comunei Costișa, lângă satul Frunzeni, județul Neamț, imediat în amonte de podul peste Bistrița, pe ambele maluri. Speciile întâlnite sunt porcușor și clean, la momeală cu viermi. Nu este o baltă privată, ci un loc de pescuit pe apă publică. Conform listei ANPA a habitatelor contractate (23.02.2026), Râul Bistrița (Baraj Reconstrucția - limită jud. Bacău, 32 km) este contractat de AJVPS NEAMȚ: pe lângă permisul ANADSPA (fosta ANPA) e nevoie de permisul asociației.
