Balta Clinceni face parte din Complexul de agrement Belvedere de pe Strada Carierei nr. 58, comuna Clinceni, județul Ilfov, la circa 5 km de București (20 de minute de centru), cu drum asfaltat până la lac. Carasul se reține fără limită, crapul sub 1 kg se eliberează, locurile se ocupă în ordinea sosirii. Focul deschis și grătarele sunt interzise, iar plantarea cu navomodelul e permisă fără taxă.
