Lacul Răcăciuni este cel mai mare lac din județul Bacău, lacul de acumulare al hidrocentralei Răcăciuni de pe Siret, pus în funcțiune în 1984, care se întinde pe teritoriul comunelor Cleja, Gioseni, Horgești, Faraoani, Pâncești și Răcăciuni. Este apă publică: se pescuiește cu permis AJVPS, fără administrator local, doar cu controale ocazionale. Accesul se face de pe E85 (Bacău – Adjud), la km 27, încă 3 km pe asfalt, sau cu trenul până în gara Răcăciuni. Lacul este arie protejată avifaunistică și găzduiește crap, caras, știucă, șalău, biban, roșioară, clean și avat.
