Balta Măltăreț este un lac mic, de circa 1,7 ha, din Pădurea Ceala, la marginea de vest a municipiului Arad, în Parcul Natural Lunca Mureșului. Este frecventată de pescari amatori și de cei care se plimbă prin pădure, iar pe lac trăiesc lebede și rațe. Speciile de pește nu sunt confirmate de nicio sursă.
