Balta Moara Vlăsiei 1, cunoscută și ca „La Pod” sau „Puțul cu 7 izvoare”, este un lac de circa 14 ha pe valea Cociovaliștei, chiar sub podul autostrăzii A3, la ieșirea din comuna Moara Vlăsiei (Ilfov) spre Balotești. Se pescuiește cu maximum 4 lansete și o undiță; șalăul, știuca și linul se eliberează, focul pe sol este interzis (doar grătar cu picioare), iar lacul este supravegheat video.
