Lacul Paraschiva (în maghiară Piroska-tó) este un lac mic de apă dulce, de circa 0,23 ha (aproximativ 84 × 28 m), în stațiunea Sovata, județul Mureș, format în 1980 într-o dolină de sare, lângă lacurile Roșu și Verde, în spatele Lacului Ursu. Stratul gros de sedimente izolează apa de sare, de aceea lacul a fost populat cu pește și este folosit pentru pescuit sportiv. Scăldatul nu este permis.
