Lunca 3 (balta lui Leonard) este o amenajare piscicolă de lângă Jurilovca, județul Tulcea: se merge pe drumul spre Capul Dolosman, în dreptul primăriei Jurilovca la stânga, apoi a doua stradă la dreapta. Are două bazine mari, cel din stânga pentru crap, celălalt cu crap și știucă, plus canale unde se prinde mai ales caras. Pe balta de crap e nevoie de rezervare, iar bărcile se închiriază tot cu rezervare.
