În zona localității Mihai Bravu, județul Giurgiu, râul Neajlov curge în cursul său inferior, aproape de vărsarea în Delta Neajlovului (Comana). Râul are 186 km lungime, izvorăște din Câmpia Piteștilor, la marginea de est a orașului Pitești, și este afluent al râului Argeș, traversând județele Argeș, Dâmbovița și Giurgiu. Conform listei ANPA a habitatelor contractate (23.02.2026), Râul Neajlov (izvor – Comana) este contractat de AJVPS GIURGIU: pe lângă permisul ANADSPA (fosta ANPA) e nevoie de permisul asociației.
