Pârâul Hârtibaciu este un curs de apă public din județul Sibiu (68 Km), habitat piscicol contractat de AJVPS SIBIU conform listei ANPA a habitatelor contractate (23.02.2026). Limitele habitatului: Loc. Brădeni – conf. cu râul Olt. Pe lângă permisul ANPA e nevoie de permisul asociației. Punctul de pe hartă e aproximativ (localitatea Brădeni), nu pe luciul de apă exact. Respectă perioadele de prohibiție și dimensiunile minime legale.
