Râul Avrigul Mare este curs de apă public din județul Sibiu (65 Km), inclus în lista ANPA a habitatelor piscicole naturale contractate (01.01.2021). Limite: Izvoare - conf. Râul Olt. Este habitat piscicol contractat de FLY FISHING CLUB SIBIU: pe lângă permisul ANADSPA (fosta ANPA) e nevoie de permisul asociației. Punctul de pe hartă este cel din lista ANPA; sectorul e lung, punctul e orientativ. Conform Ordinul 23/297/2025 (art. 6 alin. (9)), aici pescuitul recreativ e permis numai cu eliberarea tuturor capturilor (catch & release), în afara prohibiției.
