Râul Cerna superioară este un curs de apă public din județul Hunedoara, habitat piscicol contractat de AJVPS HUNEDOARA conform listei ANPA a habitatelor contractate (23.02.2026). Limitele habitatului: conf. pârâul Bâlea – până la lacul Cinciș. Pe lângă permisul ANADSPA (fosta ANPA) e nevoie de permisul asociației. Cursul e lung, punctul de pe hartă e orientativ. Respectă perioadele de prohibiție și dimensiunile minime legale.
