Sector al râului Olt la Racoș, județul Brașov, în defileul prin care Oltul trece printre Munții Perșani și Munții Baraolt. Este apă publică: conform listei ANPA a habitatelor contractate (23.02.2026), Râul Olt și afluenții săi (loc. Augustin – Veneția de Jos) este contractat de AVPS RUPEA: pe lângă permisul ANADSPA (fosta ANPA) e nevoie de permisul asociației. Inventarul științific din 2021 (Nagy et al. 2023) a confirmat aici clean, caras, biban, biban-soare, murgoi și babușcă. Respectă perioadele de prohibiție și dimensiunile minime legale.
