Balta Lozova is a fishing facility of about 150 ha (a carp farm) in the locality of Braniștea, Galați County, about 20 km from Galați. The entrance is from DN25 Galați–Tecuci, about 500 m after Braniștea, on a gravel road that passes under the railway. Drop-off with the little boat is forbidden; camping is possible.
