Bega Veche este vechiul curs al Begăi, de circa 70 km în județul Timiș, care curge spre vest până la frontiera cu Serbia, și este habitat piscicol contractat de AJVPS Timiș. Se pescuiește cu carnetul de membru AJVPS Timiș vizat pe anul în curs și permisul nominal de pescuit ANADSPA (fosta ANPA) eliberat prin asociație. Respectă perioadele de prohibiție și dimensiunile minime legale.
