How air pressure affects fishing

Fish sense pressure changes through their swim bladder. Stable or slowly falling pressure ahead of a front usually gets fish feeding; a sharp rise after the front has passed usually makes them sluggish.

The tool reads the forecast for your location and shows the pressure over the past and coming hours, with the favourable hours marked on the chart. On phones with a barometer you also see the value measured by the sensor.
