Delivery policy

1. In short

RoFish does not sell or deliver physical goods. The services paid to RoFish are the intermediation fees in the Marketplace and in online lake bookings: digital services, provided online, with no physical delivery and no delivery costs. Donations are voluntary and are not payment for a service. Amounts are shown in lei (RON), before payment.

2. The Marketplace fee

Marketplace items are paid only by card, using the “Buy” button in the listing: the payment is made through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) directly into the seller's Stripe account, and RoFish automatically keeps an intermediation fee of 1% of the item price. The fee and the card fee are paid by the seller, who accepts them when enabling card payment and when publishing a listing; RoFish issues the invoice for the fee to the seller. The service is digital and is provided with each confirmed payment: the payment is recorded, the listing is marked as sold and both parties receive a notification. There is no physical delivery, delivery time or delivery cost. You can see your transactions under “My transactions”.

3. Items in the Marketplace

Items in listings are sold by users, directly to each other. RoFish is only a technical intermediary: it does not own, ship or deliver these items. Handover or shipping of the item (in person, by courier, etc.), its cost and timing are agreed directly between seller and buyer. Details in the Terms and Conditions, section 8. The buyer fills in the delivery details when tapping “Buy”, and the seller receives them after the payment is confirmed, in “My transactions”.

4. Fishery bookings

For lakes with online booking, the service (fishing access) is provided by the lake owner, at the booked place and date. When booking online you pay 95% of the lake's price (a 5% discount); the price, the discount and the total are shown to you before payment. You can see the booking status in your account, under “My bookings”; there is no physical delivery.
