Fishing spot on the Olt river at Câineni, Vâlcea county, between the villages of Câinenii Mari and Câinenii Mici, on the water of the Câineni reservoir in the Turnu Roșu – Cozia gorge, next to the E81 road. Public water: you fish with the ANADSPA (formerly ANPA) recreational fishing licence and the AJVPS Vâlcea permit, the association that manages this stretch. Access is from the gravel road by the bank; night fishing with a tent is allowed, fires only with restrictions. Spot added by an angler from the app in November 2026; a few hundred metres away, on the same bank, is the Vâltoare spot.
